A few hours a week or daily presence — we build the schedule with you, and it changes as your needs change.
A hand with daily living
Help with the ordinary things: getting up, washing, dressing, moving safely around the house. Always at your pace, and always with respect for your privacy.
Appointments, errands and company
Getting to the doctor, the pharmacy or the bank — or simply going out for a short walk. Someone goes with you, waits, and brings you home.
Grocery store, pharmacy and errands
Shopping done with you or for you, whichever you prefer — respecting your habits, your usual brands and your budget.
Simple, warm meals you actually like
Meals cooked in your own kitchen, with your food and to your taste. Eating well changes a great deal — energy, mood, sleep.
A clean, safe home
The everyday upkeep that keeps a home pleasant and free of hazards: dusting, floors, bathroom, laundry. Nothing heavy, everything that matters.
Time to breathe, with peace of mind
You care for a parent and you are worn out. We take over for a few hours or a few days, so you can rest without worrying.
Choosing home care means letting a person into your private life. Here is what we will not compromise on.
You will not have to explain your routine again every week. We assign one caregiver, plus a back-up you have already met for the days she cannot come.
Criminal record checks, verified references, training in home-support work. You know who comes into your home, and you meet them first.
Public home support has its delays. We can start quickly, and we work alongside whatever your CLSC already provides.
A visit is not a checklist. Taking the time to sit and talk is part of the work — and it is often what is missing most.
The price is agreed in advance, with no hidden fees. And our services qualify for the Québec tax credit for home support for seniors.
With your consent, your family receives regular updates. Many of our calls come from adult children living far away who simply want reassurance.
A short call to understand the situation: who needs help, with what, and how often. No pressure, nothing to sign.
A free visit to assess the real needs, see the home and introduce the caregiver. It is also when you ask every question you have.
A schedule is set up and it changes with you. More hours, fewer hours, a one-off need — you only have to say so.
Québec’s tax credit for home-support services for seniors reimburses part of what you pay for home care if you are 70 or older. In 2026 the rate reaches 40%.
People aged 70 and over who live in Québec. The credit is refundable: you receive it even if you pay no income tax.
Housekeeping, meal preparation, help with errands and personal care all qualify — which is most of what we do.
The rate is 40% in 2026, on eligible annual expenses of up to $19,500 (independent) or $25,500 (dependent).
You can claim it on your tax return, or receive it in advance during the year to lower the monthly cost.
We provide the receipts you need and walk you through the process. The amounts, thresholds and rates are those published by Revenu Québec for 2026 and are reduced above a certain family income — confirm your own situation with Revenu Québec or your tax preparer.
A call commits you to nothing. Tell us the situation and we will say honestly whether we can help — and if we cannot, who to turn to instead.
